VERONICA FLORES

I’m from La Joya, Texas which is in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. I recently retired from the U.S. Army after serving 22 years on active duty. In that time I served in South Korea, Japan, in numerous states, and deployed twice to Iraq. I also completed a Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. I have two sons, David and Gabriel. We enjoy hiking and camping as a family and our favorite camping spot so far is Palo Duro Canyon State Park.
